COVID-19 At-Home Test Kits for Students and Families

COVID-19 At-Home Test Kits for Students and Families

At this time, Albany Leadership has received enough at-home test kits from the state to be able to offer the family of each student one kit containing two tests. If you would like a test kit, please fill out the COVID-19 Test Kit Request Form.

Parents and guardians should report all at-home positive results for students to the county of residence health department using the corresponding links below, as well as to our school nurse, echeffolway@albanyleadership.org, (518)694-5300 ext. 204:

Albany County – https://forms.albanycounty.com/Forms/dcu8G

Schenectady County – https://www.schenectadycounty.com/covid19/selfreporting

Rensselaer County – Call (518) 270-2655

Albany Leadership has not yet received enough test kits to support Test to Stay protocols, however, we anticipate receiving additional tests and will update families as soon as we have more detailed information.

Please continue to follow all COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including frequent hand-washing, social distancing, mask-wearing, and avoiding large gatherings.

Starting January 18th, families can visit https://www.covidtests.gov/ to receive free COVID tests sent to your home.
