On Friday, May 30th, Albany Leadership Charter School for Girls and Green Tech High School came together for an unforgettable evening of elegance, excitement, and enchantment. Held at the beautiful State Room in downtown Albany, this year’s prom transported our scholars into a magical Enchanted Forest, where every detail—from glowing lights to forest-inspired decor—set the scene for a truly special night.
Our students arrived dressed to impress, radiating confidence, joy, and style. From red carpet photo ops to group portraits and dance floor highlights, the energy in the room was electric. Scholars enjoyed delicious food, a live DJ, and the opportunity to celebrate the end of a meaningful year surrounded by friends, mentors, and peers.
More than just a dance, prom was a celebration of growth, sisterhood, leadership, and the transition to exciting new chapters ahead. It was especially heartwarming to witness our students from both schools come together as one community, honoring the achievements of the Class of 2025.
