This week, Albany Leadership is fully remote for all students and we pride ourselves on ensuring that every child is focused on their learning. What helps kids stay focused? Staying fed. Nationally, 1 in 5 children experiences hunger which impacts their ability to achieve in school. Albany Leadership is dedicated to doing our part in the battle against child hunger by offering ALH students as well as any child under the age of 18 in the household, access to breakfast and lunch meals through the remote student meal program. These meals include Halal options. Students, parents, or guardians can use the Fully Remote Meal Pick-Up Form to select what meals the student would like for breakfast and lunch for the 5-day period.

We are also offering same-day meal pickup, but all same-day pick-up meal requests must be completed by 12 noon. Meals can be picked up by a parent, guardian, family member, or student. However, we encourage our students to stay in their remote classes and have family members pick-up the meals. We are very excited to support our students and families through this program.
