Albany Leadership Charter School for Girls recently hosted an impactful Women’s Career Day, featuring a dynamic Alumni Panel Discussion and an interactive Career Marketplace!
The Alumni Panel was a highlight, bringing back former ALCS students who shared their career journeys, challenges, and advice for success. Their stories inspired our scholars, showing them the many paths they can take after graduation.
In addition to the panel, students explored the Career Marketplace, where vendors and professionals from various industries provided insight into different career opportunities. Scholars had the chance to engage in meaningful conversations, ask questions, and make connections that could help shape their futures.
